**Business Analyst**

We are looking for a motivated, organized and reliable **Business Analyst** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible. The primary responsibility of the Business Analyst is to build and maintain a positive relationship between IT and business areas, and ensure timely support of day-to-day business processing needs. A business analyst interacts and coordinates between IT, business areas, and external vendors besides helping in defining and supporting the business process related to IT.

The Business Analyst also handles other responsibilities including documentation of technical requirements, coordination of all aspects of the business life cycle, and implementation of change control procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in Business, Information Systems or Finance. An MBA and professional designation is preferred
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
- preferred

**Experience**:

- 5 years Business Analysis experience.
- 4+ years operations experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Financial Systems background
- Business processes (Sales, Shipping, Inventory Management, etc.)
- Project Management
- Experience in successful implementations of systems.
- Experience with ERP systems
- Familiarity with relational database management systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborates with the business, through business process reviews, in order to prepare information technology system, requirements that will improve efficiency within the process.
- Analyze & evaluate costs of internal operating processes (cost accounting).
- Identify and drive cost reduction and continuous improvement, including the development of reporting to monitor actual performance vs. targets.
- Support new systems or project selections and implementation from a strategic business and internal control perspective.
- Determine and implement solutions for business software/hardware system problems, based on requirement analysis, in order establish an accurate basis of information from which management can make business decisions.
- Manage multiple projects, by balancing workload and prioritization in order to meet stated customer initiated deadlines.
- Ensures maximum benefits realized from software purchased, through training and/or experience, so that user efficiency is increased and ROI for the software purchased is maximized
