**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled **Workday Consultant** with expertise in integrating **Talent & Performance, Learning, and Recruiting** modules. This is a **12-month, fully remote contract** role ideal for a Workday professional who thrives in dynamic, cross-functional environments and can operate fluently in **both French and English**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the end-to-end integration of **Workday Talent & Performance, Learning, and Recruiting** modules with internal and external systems.
- Design and develop robust integration solutions using **Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors**, and **Web Services (SOAP/REST)**.
- Collaborate closely with global HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Ensure seamless data flow and process continuity across the employee lifecycle.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues promptly, ensuring mínimal disruption.
- Maintain thorough technical documentation, including integration architecture, data mappings, and test plans.
- Monitor Workday releases and proactively assess the impact on current integrations and configurations.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 7+ years of hands-on Workday experience with a strong focus on **Talent, Learning, and Recruiting** module integrations.
- Advanced proficiency in **Workday integration tools**: EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, XSLT, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
- Solid understanding of Workday data models and how they interact across the talent and learning lifecycle.
- Proven ability to integrate with external systems (e.g., ATS, LMS, background check vendors).
- ** Fluent in both French and English** - written and verbal communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Workday certifications in relevant modules or integration tools.
- Experience in global or enterprise Workday implementations.
- Familiarity with Workday Extend, Prism, or People Experience is a plus.
