**What we're looking for**

RCGT Consulting is seeking several permanent full-time Information Security Consultants to join our IT Risk and Advisory Practice. AT RCGT, we specialize in conducting reviews, audits, and advisory engagements that cover the following information security domains:

- Security and Risk Management
- Asset Security
- Security Architecture and Engineering
- Communications and Network Security
- Identity and Access Management
- Security Assessment and Testing
- Security Operations
- Software Development Security

**A day in the life**

As an Information Security Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting several phases of IT risk and advisory engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting. Below is a list of several types of engagements that you may be asked to support.
- Threat and risk assessments
- Security Maturity Assessments
- Privacy impact assessments
- Security architecture review
- Penetration testing and vulnerability assessments of infrastructure, including cloud environments
- Auditing of systems under development
- Reviewing governance documents for alignment with government directives
- Business Continuity and disaster recovery audits and reviews
- Digital forensics and investigations

**What you'll bring to the table**
- Holds a University Degree in a related field
- Eligibility for a Government of Canada security clearance
- 5+ years of experience working on one or more of the information security domains listed above

**Nice to have**
- Holds a valid Government of Canada Secret clearance
- Knowledge and experience in Penetration Testing
- Knowledge and experience in conducting threat and risk assessments
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or working towards certification
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or working towards certification
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or working towards certification

**Schedule**
- Full-time, Permanent
- Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote)
