Technical Expert, Metallic Process Development

**In your role, you will**:
- Lead projects to optimize manufacturing processes for metal parts in the fields of forming and machining;
- Create, support and synthesize the results associated with the test plans;
- Initiate and carry out problem-solving procedures for the main problems encountered by the team;
- Act as a technical expert during process reliability studies;
- Research and implement new technologies to use in production;
- Participate in research and development projects related to the field of metal forming and machining;
- Act as a technical focal point for a multidisciplinary team in upgrading the facility’s machine park;
- Plan, monitor and operationally control for the projects for which you will be responsible;
- Act as an expert in the acquisition of equipment and recommend strategic decisions from a technical point of view.
- You have a D.E.C. or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Automated Production Engineering or Industrial Engineering, or any other relevant experience;
- You have a minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in metallic manufacturing process;
- You are a master the basic principles of the mechanics of the materials in manufacturing processes;
- You are a master of Catia V5 software;
- You can demonstrate an innovative spirit;
- You are resourceful and have a sense of initiative;
- You can demonstrate an analytical mind and have problem-solving skills ;
- You can express your written and verbal ideas clearly and concisely ;
- You will demonstrate great autonomy;
- You are fluent in French and in English.
