We are looking for a Program Coordinator to undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks. You will participate in the planning and organization of programs and activities as well as the execution of important operational tasks.

To be an excellent program coordinator, you must be organized and detail-oriented, comfortable working with diverse teams. If you have other skills in program development and human resources support, we would like to meet you.

The objective will be to facilitate the effective management of programs in accordance with organizational standards.

**Responsabilities**

Support the planning and coordination of a program and its activities
- Ensure the implementation of policies and practices
- Manage communications via media relations, social media, etc.
- Help build positive relationships within the team and with external parties
- Plan and organize meetings/events and maintain the agenda
- Ensure that technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations, computer courses,
- Prepare documents and order materials
- Keep up-to-date records and create reports or proposals
- Support program growth and development

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a program coordinator or relevant position
- Knowledge of one or more African languages
- Knowledge of program management and development procedures
- Expert in technology, proficiency in MS Office is an asset
- Ability to work with diversity and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and efficient
- A degree in business administration or a relevant field
