We are currently seeking an **Auto Body Technician** for our **Saskatoon** service shop.

Responsibilities will include:

- Inspection, disassembly, reassembly, and damage repair to vehicle body components
- Hammer dents, buckles, and defects in addition to grinding and sanding body surfaces to be repaired
- Removal of fenders, panels, grills, and replace parts by weld or bolt
- Mask, tape, prime, and paint repaired surfaces
- Repair or replace interior components
- Removal and installation of welded components and sections to vehicles
- Fibreglass work and Fabrication experience required
- Use welding equipment or filler to fill holes, dents, seams, and panels
- Replacement of front end and body components, doors, frame, and underbody
- Estimate cost and time of service work
- Follow checklists to ensure thorough examination of all parts and systems
- Basic electrical experience would be considered an asset

**Requirements**:

- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Must hold a valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver abstract.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of postsecondary program, _such as Saskatchewan Polytechnic_, in **auto body and collision**and/or **automotive refinishing** technician.
- Strong communication skills.
- Physical strength and stamina, and the ability to lift over 50 pounds.
- This position is considered a safety sensitive position; the successful applicant will be required to complete _pre-employment medical testing that includes a drug and alcohol screening._
