The Survey Analyst at LifeWorks focuses on conducting the annual Canadian Salary Survey, and Salary Projection Survey, covering the full breadth of the surveys, from preparation and launch to analysis and delivery. Duties include communication with clients to encourage participation and resolve data issues, data analysis and report production.

Responsibility:
- Data collection follow-up including cash forms, proxies and aging factors- Data auditing / cleaning at the organization and global levels- Data analysis and report production-
- Assist in conducting the annual Salary Projection Survey- Degree in mathematics, statistics, business administration, finance, economics, or accounting- Experience in data analysis and presentation design is an asset- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail- Focus on the quality of work- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and highly proficient in Excel- Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work under tight deadlines or changing needs- Bilingualism is an asset (French and English)
