As Courimo expands, we're seeking for a Google Ads (PPC) expert. We are seeking for a data-savvy person who enjoys problem-solving and observing SMBs grow online takes to our efforts. Our SEM Specialist will work as an integral part of the team and will be in charge of assisting the client's SEM initiatives with their strategy, implementation, optimisation, and reporting. To maximise campaign effectiveness, maintain budgets on track, and transform diverse data sets into useful insights, you will draw on your extensive knowledge of SEM.

**What you do**: You have experience in digital marketing and have a particular interest in Google Ads. You have the motivation and desire to keep improving your abilities in a work setting. You excel at working individually and in teams, welcome criticism, and pay close attention to details. You know how to measure success in Google Ads and want to assist our clients in expanding their businesses on the web.
**What you'll do at Courimo**
- Plan and execute PPC strategies mainly on Google Ads for several existing accounts.
- Create or improve paid search performance using industry best practices within established budget of each client.
- Do extensive keyword research and tailored strategy for each new client onboarding.
- Manage multiple campaigns with a focus on achieving ROI goals
- Keep online reports always up to date on Looker Studio.
- Create tagging strategy and facilitate implementation of measurement and tracking through Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager.
- Communicate with customers when needed
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
**What you'll need to bring**
- Bilingual (French and English) spoken and written
- Strong Google Ads experience which covers Search, Display and Shopping ads (at least 4-5 years)
- Up to date with all the latest Google Ads updates and changes.
- Strong experience with Google Analytics and GTM for implementing tracking measures
- Good experience with Looker Studio formerly called Data Studio for reporting purpose
- Experience working with DV360 is a plus
- Adequate experience adding any tracking codes on WordPress, Shopify sites and others.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Google Ads Certified
- Meticulous attention to detail, top-notch analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects/deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to operate under pressure at times
