**Job Title**: Marketing Specialist for D Spot Dessert Franchise

D Spot is a fast-growing dessert franchise known for our indulgent, creative, and Instagram-worthy dessert creations. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to help us elevate our brand presence and drive our digital marketing efforts as we continue to expand across Canada and internationally.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Marketing**:

- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize strategies.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement.

**Graphic Design**:

- Ensure all content aligns with D Spot’s brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Help maintain and update our content library.

**Campaign Development**:

- Assist in developing and launching marketing promotions and campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral and promotional content.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and stay current on dessert industry trends and competitors.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events and special offers.
- Provide general support to the marketing team as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience within the restaurant industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Pay: $55,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
