Our Network Delivery Consultant role is a post-sales opportunity that ideally sees you call on your talent and technical expertise in the enterprise network space to implement solutions for our customers.

**What You'll Do**:

- Perform remote and on-site work deploying network solutions for CDW customers
- Conducts reviews and analysis of network performance and remediate
- Build network diagrams and as-built documentation for customers
- Document and update technical procedures, administrative processes, and delivery documentation
- Deliver informal training to customers
- Work closely with CDW Project Managers and other Delivery Consultants to achieve customer objectives

**What You Need to Succeed**:
**Must-have**:

- 5+ years of experience in networking fundamentals and advanced troubleshooting and infrastructure support
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Consultant or Helpdesk
- Current active certification(s) with one or more enterprise networking vendors
- Experience with network virtualization and wide-area networking
- Experience with wireless site surveys and wireless infrastructure
- Implementation experience configuring routers and switches from one or more of the following vendors: Cisco, Aruba, or Dell, etc.
- Experience with SD-WAN technologies
- Experience with authentication such as 802.1x, MAC authentication, and profiling
- Experience with network monitoring tools such as Syslog, SNMP, Network Analyzers
- Professional demeanour, good communication, strong organizational and time management skills

**Nice-to-have**:

- Working knowledge of networking in public cloud environments
- Hold current active Cisco enterprise networking certifications
- Experience with network management such as Nagios, Cacti, Solarwinds
- Experience with industry-leading firewall products such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco
- Experience with SASE concepts and architecture
- Experience with Scripting, API, and automation
