**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough inspections of products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform account reconciliation and maintain accurate records of quality control metrics.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage for tracking quality-related expenses and reports.
- Collaborate with the accounts receivable and accounts payable teams to ensure financial accuracy related to product quality.
- Assist in payroll processing as it relates to quality control personnel.
- Support budgeting efforts by providing insights on quality-related costs and improvements.
- Analyze accounts and prepare reports on product quality trends, identifying areas for improvement.
- Work with production teams to implement corrective actions when quality issues arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a quality control role or similar position within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of account reconciliation processes and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll functions, and budgeting practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
