**Mechanical Assembler**

OLS-NA - Ayr, ON

Position Summary: This position will be responsible for performing mechanical assemblies using power tools and hand tools. You will be cross trained in different work cells and must be adaptable to new tasks as they come up in a growing company.

Hours: Working hours is straight days from 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday with potential overtime requirements.

Rate of Pay - $20 to $24 per hour depending on skills and experience, with benefits and pension after 3 months

**Responsibilities**:

- Mechanical Assembly
- Assembling brackets and other components using hand tools and some basic power tools.
- Wood Working
- Able to read a measuring tape, use a table saw, and create basic angles as needed.
- Electrical Assembly
- Crimping wires to create electrical harnesses, fastening small components to panels and connecting them together. Testing panels once assembly is complete with automated testing equipment.
- Packaging
- Assemble shipping packages with all components needed for shipment customer specific.
