**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Tenir des registres financiers exacts et à jour pour l’entreprise
- Traiter les transactions de comptes fournisseurs et de comptes clients
- Effectuer les rapprochements bancaires et les conciliations de comptes
- Préparer et analyser les états financiers, incluant les bilans et les états des résultats
- Participer aux activités de budgétisation et de prévision financière
- Veiller au respect des principes comptables et des politiques internes de l’entreprise
- Utiliser des logiciels comptables (tels que QuickBooks, etc.) pour effectuer les tâches de tenue de livres
**EXPÉRIENCE**
- Expérience démontrée à titre de technicien(ne) comptable / teneur(euse) de livres ou dans un poste similaire
- Maîtrise des logiciels comptables (QuickBooks, etc.)
- Solide connaissance des processus de comptes fournisseurs et de comptes clients
- Familiarité avec la budgétisation et la production de rapports financiers
- Grand souci du détail et précision dans la saisie de données et la tenue de dossiers
- Excellentes capacités organisationnelles et aptitude à gérer les priorités
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
**SOMMAIRE DU POSTE**
Vous serez responsable de la tenue de livres de trois sociétés d’exploitation principales, ainsi que d’un portefeuille d’environ 300+ logements. Chaque propriété et chaque société possède ses propres exigences et particularités. Il s’agit d’un environnement de travail dynamique et jeune, offrant des opportunités d’évolution au rythme de la croissance des entreprises.
**DUTIES**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and perform account reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
- Utilize accounting software (such as QuickBooks, etc.) to perform bookkeeping tasks
**EXPERIENCE**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
**SUMMARY**
You will oversee the books for three principal operating companies, as well as a portfolio of approximately 300+ units. Each property and company will have their own independent requirements. It's a dynamic and young work environment with opportunity for growth as the companies grow.
