Inline Group has an immediate opportunities available for **Junior** **Material Testing Technicians** in the Vancouver area. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with an exceptional management team on various Geotechnical Investigations and Testing all within a supportive and collaborative company culture. Come join our team and experience the difference **Key Responsibilities** **Safety** - Actively participate in Inline Group Inc. corporate HSE program - Actively participate in all client mandated safety programs - Encourage safe work, safety & quality interventions. Lead by example for both fellow coworkers and all project personnel **Materials Testing** - Inspect the quality of construction and construction materials (soils, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt) - Monitor placement of various construction materials and workmanship - Report any non-conformance concerns to the management - Prepare and collect samples for laboratory testing - Execute tests in the field or laboratory on construction materials to assess their quality - Maintenance and care of materials testing equipment & vehicles. - Facilitate and maintain strong positive client relations. - Actively participate in Inline ISO 9001 Quality Program **Minimum Qualification, Experience & Skills** - CSTS 2020, CSO, WHMIS 2015 certifications (Inline will help you obtain certifications) - 1-2 years in a Civil Engineering program - 0-1 year of construction experience - Drivers License/Clean drivers abstract - Effective communicator - Ability to take instruction - Strong attention to detail - Ability to lift 50 LBS - Enjoys working outside **Why work with Inline Group Inc?** - _High potential for growth_ - Inline is growing and will have many options for supervisory and leadership positions. - _We invest in our people_ - we believe in investing in our people to help them grow and become the best version of themselves. - _Your voice will always be heard_ - we do not believe in top-down management.
