**SUMMARY**
Directs and coordinates construction projects to ensure efficient, safe, and profitable completion, in line with mandates, plans, and established budgets. Oversees all site activities, including planning, team management, subcontractor coordination, and on-site work monitoring. Ensures compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and technical requirements of the work performed. Maintains ongoing communication with clients, professionals, and stakeholders. Contributes to the continuous improvement of work methods and to the achievement of operational objectives.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Plan, organize, direct, and control aspects such as:
- Quality and health & safety
- Business development and relationship building
- Estimation and sales activities
- Construction project management
- Cost and financial elements
- Team management (daily team monitoring)
- Ensuring team profitability
- Approval of team timesheets
- Completion of post-project clerical tasks
Additional tasks related to construction sites:
- Ensure daily planning and monitoring of site activities (schedule, procurement, workforce, equipment).
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers on site, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
- Monitor work progress and make necessary adjustments to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Verify technical compliance of work performed with plans and specifications.
- Manage unforeseen issues and provide quick, effective solutions to problems encountered on site.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the client.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work quality and progress.
- Prepare and validate site progress reports and participate in progress payment requests.
**PROFILE**
Required education and experience
- University degree in civil engineering, construction, or other relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the telecom industry.
Key competencies
- Leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of plans and specifications.
- Ability to manage unforeseen circumstances and effectively resolve on-site issues.
- Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
