**Qualifications**
- Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution (required)
- Registered and in good standing with the **Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)**:

- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (preferred)
- Experience working with women’s mental health, trauma, couples, or families is an asset
- Training in CBT, DBT, EMDR, or other modalities is beneficial
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

**Application Process**

**Position Summary**
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced **Clinical Social Worker (MSW, RSW)** to provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups. The role is flexible, offering in-person and virtual appointments. You’ll join a collaborative team of psychologists and psychotherapists in a supportive, trauma-informed environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches
- Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care
- Offer referrals and community resource guidance as needed
- Engage in program development or group therapy (optional)
- Uphold professional and ethical standards in line with OCSWSSW regulations

Pay: $60.00 per hour
