**Job Summary**:
The HRIS Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and performing a variety of HR administrative tasks, including benefits administration. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient HR operations and enhancing employee experience through accurate data management, effective onboarding, timely processing of HR documentation, and comprehensive benefits management.

**Key Responsibilities**

**HRIS Management**:
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Configure and customize the HRIS to meet organizational needs and improve HR processes.

Generate and analyze HRIS reports to assist in decision-making and strategic planning.

Troubleshoot and resolve any HRIS-related issues or errors.

Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.

**HR Administration**:
Prepare and issue letters of offer, employment contracts, and other HR-related documents.

Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly into the organization.

Manage employee lifecycle events such as promotions, transfers, and terminations in the HRIS.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR documentation and processes.

**Benefits Administration**:
Oversee the enrollment, administration, and communication of employee benefits programs.

Update and maintain benefits information in the HRIS to ensure employees have access to current and accurate benefits details.

Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and provide guidance on available options.

Coordinate with benefits providers to resolve issues and manage relationships.

Conduct periodic reviews of benefits offerings and recommend enhancements to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.

**Employee Support**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries from employees and managers.

Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on how to use the HRIS effectively.

Assist with other HR administrative tasks as needed.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:
Compile and analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership.

Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics to track HR performance and trends.

Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.

Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HRIS administration or HR-related roles, with a focus on benefits administration.
- Proficient in ADP HRIS software is an asset
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with HR processes, benefits programs, and employment legislation.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in process improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
