We have an immediate need for a Site Supervisor at a warehouse facility in Stratford, ON. As the Site Supervisor, you will lead a team of janitorial staff to deliver exceptional results.

**Position Details**

This position is Monday to Friday with a variable schedule - 7:00 am to 3:00 pm / 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

**As a site supervisor, your duties may include**
- Ensure that the client receives exceptional customer service through regular communication with onsite representatives, responding to service quality issues on a timely basis and promoting a service oriented culture
- Prepare shift schedules and work assignments in accordance with contract requirements, ensuring the efficient delivery of services
- Promote a healthy & safe work environment by ensuring that all CCS employees follow safe operating policies and procedures
- Provide support with the training of new employees
- Ordering of supplies, tools & equipment and management of a preventative maintenance program
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met
- Support with cleaning duties
- Manage communication with radio
- Other duties as reasonably required from time to time

**What do I need?**
- Minimum of two year’s experience working within the facility services industry in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of best practices in the cleaning industry including cleaning processes, environmentally sustainable products, tools, equipment and machinery
- Demonstrated people management, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to problem-solve and meet unforeseen demands
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to use technology tools
- Police Background Check

**Physical Requirements**
- Lift up to 40 pounds
- Stand and/or walk throughout the duration of the shift
- Able to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull and carry, climb stairs
- Operate equipment when required
