Duties
- Conduct ground school and flight training sessions for students, covering all aspects of flight operations.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and training hours in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and safety standards during training sessions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Supervise student flight activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols at all times.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage schedules, lesson plans, and student evaluations effectively.
Experience
- Proficiency in English is required..
- Excellent customer service skills are essential for interacting with students and their families.
- Ability to demonstrate strong math skills for teaching navigation and flight planning concepts.
- Experience in supervising or mentoring individuals is a plus.
