**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Install, repair, and maintain roofs using various materials such as shingles, metal, and tiles.
- Assist in the preparation of job sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
- Perform heavy lifting and carry materials to designated areas on the job site.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation according to specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks including caulking and sealing.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to complete roofing projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety on the job site.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in roofing or general labor is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as needed throughout the workday.
- Basic knowledge of blueprint reading is a plus; training will be provided for those lacking this skill.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a maintenance person mentality for addressing on-site challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Commitment to safety protocols and practices while on the job site.

Pay: $18.00-$23.50 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
