**Clerk Dispatcher - Public Works** **(Part-Time)**:

Reporting to the Public Works Administrative Supervisor, dispatches Public Works crews, reschedules Transit assignments, answers and responds to all telephone calls and performs various clerical duties.

***Selection Criteria**:

- Grade 12 education or acceptable combination of education and relevant experience.
- Three (3) years related experience.
- Clear and pleasant telephone manner, ability to handle multiple calls.
- Good level of general office skills including keyboarding skills (40 w.p.m.).
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision, occasionally in stressful environment.
- Experience in the use of computers and Microsoft Office.
