**Summary**:
The product manger is responsible for the product planning and on-time execution of the home line assortment. Working in coordination across multiple functions, you will manage the entire product life cycle from conception through to product launch and continuous improvements. You will orchestrate all workflow including meetings and milestone updates. You will support sales execution and introduce new product management process improvements.

**In This Role, You'll Have The Opportunity To**:

- Work with sales to define, develop, and launch new products for key customers, identifying existing and future market opportunities and recommend products/programs to Sales.
- Lead end to end product development.
- Recommend retail pricing to ensure new products are priced competitively while ensuring profitability (company margin requirements).
- Develop, coordinate, and implement sales and marketing plans to meet company objectives.
- Work with marketing on new and existing market research projects.
- Be the “voice of the customer”. Advocate for the customer to ensure service levels are satisfactory, while balancing the needs of stakeholders (production).
- Work with respective teams to ensure timely execution of new product variants (new colors or case packs, multi packs, bulk pallets.) to ensure that we are responding to customer requests within a reasonable time frame.
- Work with marketing to increase brand/product awareness through digital and social media campaigns.

**Requirements**:
**What You Need To Succeed**:

- An understanding of the processes involved with packaging development, merchandising, product development, and sales.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated project management and planning skills.
- Proven ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong time management skills - ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- The ability to work through issues related to manufacturing, product development, and packaging.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

**Education and Experience**:

- A university degree, preferably in a business discipline.
- A minimum of five years’ experience managing new product launches.
