**What You Bring to the TEAM**:

- 2+ years of verifiable Class 1 tractor-trailer experience, including **Flat Deck experience**.
- A clean safety record and a positive, business-minded attitude.
- Ownership of a 2020 or newer highway tractor.
- Ability to haul up to 45,000 lbs.
- O/O must be the one to drive the truck.

**Your Role**:

- Safely operate and maintain your tractor-trailer, adhering to all regulations.
- Load, unload, and secure freight (primarily van loads with occasional flat deck loads) with care.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections for peak performance.
- Keep accurate records and coordinate with dispatch for seamless deliveries.
