**Minerva Cannabis is seeking budtenders to work at our flagship retail store in Toronto. We’re looking for knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic staff who are excited to join and excel in the cannabis industry.**

**The Budtenders we’re looking for are responsible, conscientious, and excited about both cannabis and customer service.**

**Budtender responsibilities include**:
**- Providing fantastic customer service, through the ability to engage in conversation and ask questions that lead to a positive customer experience**

**- Educating customers on cannabis products, consumption methods, accessories and safe practices**

**- Building rapport with customers that encourage long term relationships with our store**

**- Staying up to date on industry trends, product announcements, and latest news**

**- Adhering to company policies and procedures, and abiding by all Government regulations regarding cannabis**

**Requirements**:
**- 19+ years of age**

**- Valid Cannsell Certificate**

**- A clean criminal background check**

**- Knowledge of cannabis, gained through the regulated or unregulated markets, is an asset**

**- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**

**- Flexible with availability and assigned duties**

**- Basic understanding of math and ability to work with a cannabis POS system**

**- Passionate, fun, warm and friendly**
