We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and educating young children during their formative years. **Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children from 1-5 years.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional and cognitive development of children.
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child.
- Observe and assess children's progress and communicate effectively with parents about their child's development.
- Observe and value each child’s way of expressing themselves.
- Respect the culture of all children.
- Guide and assist children in the development of proper eating, dressing and toilet habits.
- Promote positive social interactions and establish good rapport with children, parents and staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Experience in childcare or early childhood education.
- Ability to write reports, lesson plans, and progress assessments.
- Knowledge of special education principles and techniques (preferred).
- Bilingual proficiency (preferred).
- Competency in computer operations for educational purposes.

**Requirements**:

- A Valid Early Childhood Educator Certificate
- Active First Aid Certificate
- 3 professional reference checks to be completed
- Experience working with young children in a structured setting.
- Familiarity with child development theories and practices.
- Ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
- Proficiency in English language.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
