AIM Charity is looking for an experienced Senior Therapist who can supervise our evening and weekend programs. We are looking for someone who is passionate to provide exceptional service to their families, loves to work within a team, and who genuinely cares about the outcomes for their kiddos. AIM is a charity, a clinic and an interdisciplinary private special needs school and you will be working in a multidisciplinary team of school teachers, Speech-Language Pathologist, Psychologist, Occupational Therapists, and Behaviour Therapists. We are a charitable organization dedicated to providing high quality, accessible services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise evening/weekend team.
- Develop functional and meaningful goals and plans for each child in 1:1 and group settings.
- Supervising Instructor Therapists in both 1:1 and group settings.
- Conduct Assessments and write BPs.
- Ensure the consistency in the delivery and quality of program content.
- Liaison with other service providers.
- Provide training to evening/weekend team.
- Develop ABA group programs and assist in business development.
- Work collaboratively with all members of the child’s team, including parents, instructor therapists, other supervisors, SLP and OT

**Qualification**:

- Must have RBA credential.
- Must have at least 2-years of experience as a Senior Therapist supervising a full time caseload.
- Minimum 3 years of direct clinical experience with Applied Behavioural Analysis with children age 4-16.
- Must have skills in clinical and program supervision, assessment and direct service.
- Experience using a variety of assessment tools
- Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills along with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proven leadership skills
- Valid driver's license, have a vehicle and be willing to travel.
- Have flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Flexibility, open-mind and passion to help others

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
