**Job Title**: Seamstress
**Shift**: Mon to Fri ; 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm (Flexibility expected)
Summary
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, Seamstress is responsible to perform tasks of sew, alter, and repair clothing and other items in the workshop department. Additionally, perform other warehouse tasks in the workshop area to support the business requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Fit, alter and repair all kinds of garments as required
- Operate sewing machines or sew by hand
- Ensuring that sewing machines and other equipment are in good working order.
- Mark, cut and sew fabric
- Labeling customers' garments and articles and recording the alterations required.
- Altering or repairing customers' garments and other articles, which includes hemming, mending, lengthening, as well as taking in and letting out seams
- Responsible to perform other warehouse tasks ensuring customer service standards are met.
- Using irons and jolly machines to erase the creases on garments and other articles

Education & Experience
- Some High School, preferably a High School Diploma or professional course in sewing.
- Atleast one year of proven sewing experience
