**Job Summary**:
The Property Administrator position involves a combination of administrative, customer service, and operational responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the properties and to enhance the overall resident experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Leasing and Tenant Management**:
Coordinate tenant move-in and move-out processes, including inspections, lease signings, and security deposit handling.

Address tenant concerns, questions, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.

**2. Maintenance and Repairs**:
Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair tasks, including scheduling and supervising contractors or maintenance staff.

Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.

**3. Vendor and Supplier Coordination**:
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to obtain competitive bids, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely completion of projects.

Maintain relationships with service providers to ensure quality work and efficient service delivery.

**4. Recordkeeping and Documentation**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant information, lease agreements, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.

Prepare and distribute notices, letters, and other communication to tenants as required by law and property management policies.

**5. Compliance and Legal Responsibilities**:
Stay informed about local, state, and federal housing regulations and ensure property operations comply with all relevant laws.

Assist with eviction processes in compliance with applicable regulations and legal procedures.

**6. Resident Relations and Customer Service**:
Foster positive relationships with residents by addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner.

Organize community events and initiatives to enhance resident engagement and promote a sense of community.

**7. Marketing and Advertising**:
Assist in marketing efforts by maintaining property listings, creating promotional materials, and participating in outreach campaigns to attract potential tenants.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field preferred).
- Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with property management software and computer proficiency.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities.

**Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be necessary.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
