We are hiring for this role ASAP.

We are a locally owned, upper-scale restaurant that specializes in casual fine dining. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a casual part-time position or a student.

**Requirements**:MUST BE 19 YEARS OR OLDER, valid SIR certificate, and 1 - 2 years experience in the restaurant industry. Must be comfortable pouring and opening wine as well as making lunch/brunch cocktails. Must be willing to learn and take direction from management/team members. Must be comfortable bartending/making casual drinks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle stressful situations, such as a high volume environment
- Pouring taps, wine service, opening bottles, etc
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Works well under pressure/can handle a busy bar/floor/section
- Washing and polishing glassware/cutlery
- Opening & closing duties
- Floor duties such as bussing tables, running drinks, running food, etc
- Polishing and rolling cutlery
- Greeting and seating guests
- Professional attire
- Can work independently
- Keeps busy
- Serves with a positive attitude
- Valid SIR certificate
