We’re currently looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic **Merchandiser** to help elevate our in-store presence in the Toronto area. If you love retail, enjoy being on the move, and take pride in how products are presented, this role is a great match for you.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Maximize visibility of our brands through shelf placement, signage, and display execution.
- Execute planograms and product rotations to ensure optimal stock levels and visual appeal.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance and address any merchandising challenges.
- Track and report merchandising activity, including promotional efforts and administrative tasks.
- Represent Concord National’s values and culture with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Who You Are:

- You have **2+ years of merchandising or retail experience.**:

- You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and take initiative without needing to be micromanaged.
- You enjoy building relationships and take pride in providing top-notch service.
- You're tech-comfortable, with basic proficiency in tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- **Travel Requirements**_
- You'll spend around **85% of your time on the road**, 15% home office visiting stores in your assigned territory (no overnight travel required).
- **Physical Requirements**:_
- Able to lift up to **20 lbs** and stay active on your feet for up **to 5 hours** at a time.
- Frequent bending, lifting, and moving of displays or product.
