**Responsibilities**:

- Must have strong telephone and customer service skills, friendly, courteous, and outgoing
- Highly organized, strong attention to detail and exhibits excellent time management
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Strong computer skills and proven ability to work well with the public
- Problem solve and show confidence to make decisions, with mínimal supervision
- File management responsibilities - maintain file system
- Manage inventory, responsible for ordering parts
- Answer all incoming phone calls and direct appropriately, schedule service calls
- Complete work orders and invoices, utilize cash, credit, debt machine and accept payment
- Knowledgeable with online marketing strategies

**Qualifications**:
Grade 12 Education or equivalent

Excellent communication skills verbal and written

Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role / office administration

**Job Type**: Full time

**Salary**: $38,647.17-$95,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lambton Shores, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
