**The Opportunity** Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, the Site Superintendent is responsible for the overall management and supervision of on-site construction activities for multi-family residential projects. This includes planning, scheduling, organizing, and directing labour and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
**What You Will be Doing**:

- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities.
- Uphold and represent the Paragon brand with clients, employees, trade partners, and suppliers.
- Champion a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain construction schedules; assess and allocate workforce requirements.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders including owners, consultants, contractors, inspectors, and regulatory agencies.
- Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to meet project milestones.
- Utilize the Lean Last Planner System to manage day-to-day execution.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications and drawings.

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- Gold Seal Certification, CET designation, or engineering education preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading large-scale multi-family residential construction projects.
- Proficiency in ProCore or similar construction management software.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on collaboration and performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
