Tomlinson Group of Companies is seeking an experienced SAP Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Equipment Tools Management (ETM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) to join our team. With a focus on excellence and efficiency, we are seeking a talented SAP ETM/PM Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive success through the effective utilization of SAP technologies.

**Responsibilities**

  • Work with the team and business to support and enhance the system.
  • Work with super users and end users on day-to-day support as well as enhancements.
  • Work with developers on changes, systems upgrades and enhancements.
  • Liaise between the business and the SAP support team for all ETM and PS.
  • Maintain documentation of standard configuration and best practice
  • Work on long-term planning and roadmaps.
  • Provide and maintain operational reporting and KPI dashboards.
  • Cross-train with other team members.
  • Participate in testing and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to the business on best practices for using SAP ETM and PM modules.
  • Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize SAP ETM/PM functionality.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP ETM and PM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, Fiori, Business Client.
  • Knowledge of standard SAP implementation and development practice including creation of blueprints, process flows, and work instructions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
