Earthservice Drainmaster is currently looking to hire new staff for our growing company in order to meet the increasing demand for our services in the Sidney to Sooke area. We are involved in many aspects of storm and wastewater management, maintenance and installation.

**Job Description**:
Full time drainage and sewer techs/laborers with duties to include:

- Operation of a variety of tools and equipment to access, service, inspect and clean drain lines.
- Assist in perimeter drain and sewer/septic repairs and installations including foundation work and some associated landscaping work.

**Skills**:

- Physical fitness is necessary as digging and heavy lifting are required.
- Common sense approach to troubleshooting and interacting as a team member in a service oriented atmosphere.
- Effective communication skills to deal with customers and co-workers.
- Class 5 driver’s license in good standing.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges in order to develop within our company.

Additional Assets:

- Applicants with ROWP designation.
- Experience in the storm/sewer/septic industry.
- Small machine experience (excavator, bobcat etc.).
- Mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge.
- Willingness to train up for driving and operating a pump truck.

Wage: $25 -$30+ depending on experience plus benefits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
