**What You Will Contribute**

**What You Will Do**
- Prepare and clean vehicle surfaces for graphic installations.
- Install vinyl graphics, decals, and wraps on custom fire trucks according to design specifications.
- Remove existing graphics, decals, or wraps as required.
- Inspect and repair graphics installation as needed.
- Collaborate with the design team to interpret and execute graphic layouts.
- Maintain equipment and materials necessary for installation.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry techniques and materials for graphic installations.
- Business Development: Grow the graphics installation business unit through third-party sales, expanding our service offerings to external customers.
- Assist with additional duties such as vehicle detailing, vehicle finishing, and shuttling trucks between locations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

**What You Will Need**
- Vehicle wrap & graphics installation experience. (Minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work with precision and care on large vehicle surfaces.
- Knowledge of proper surface preparation techniques.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow design specifications and layout instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Valid Province of BC driver's license and clean driving record. Class 5, with air brake endorsement preferred. Must attain air brake endorsement within 6 months of start of employment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in vehicle wrap installation for large vehicles (trucks, buses, etc.).
- Familiarity with fire apparatus or emergency vehicles.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Experience in business development or sales, particularly in graphics or automotive services.
- Experience in graphic design and printing vehicle graphics and wraps.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, crouch, and work on ladders or platforms for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and moving materials up to 75 lbs.

**Full-time, 40 hours per week **| Salary range: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
