As the go to water treatment/U fill stores in Ontario, Water Depot has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Retail Key Holder, reporting to and working in close collaboration with the Water Depot Bolton/Georgetown Management Team.

Job Summary

Reporting into the Water Depot Bolton/Georgetown Management Team, the Retail Key Holder will be responsible for identifying, developing, and servicing new/existing accounts in the Bolton/Georgetown area. They will work closely with our customers to provide water sales and water treatment programs tailored to their specific needs. This person will perform water analysis, product demonstrations and using proven sales and marketing methods fulfilling the customers needs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the management team with the daily operations of the store.
- Functions will include opening/closing of store.
- Work with management team to maximize sales.
- Work with exciting water customers with there water needs.
- Selling water treatment products to residential customers in a professional manner
- Respond to current/new customer’s needs as requests.
- Discuss all products on a clearly understood level, answer customer’s questions and perform the technical aspects of the job (water testing, etc.)

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
- Previous experience in the water treatment industry or retail sales is a definite asset with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales with a proven successful track record.
- A versatile self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Positive attitude, work ethic, strong interpersonal and good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Pleasant, professional, friendly customer service demeanour is a must.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and management skill.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- MUST be Highly Motivated and a Self-Starter.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, some weekends required depending on the servicing of customers.

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
