We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Control Room Operator. As a Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality of the studios while respecting and maintaining the game standards imposed by the company. You will also collaborate with several departments to identify and resolve all game irregularities due to dealer mistake, technical issues, or any other reason.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Open and close tables according to the preset schedule and follow the Standard Operating Procedures
- Inform the management of the company of any situation that can impact the operational activities in a negative manner
- Acknowledge the table calls and solve them so that the game can be resumed without delays
- Remain up to date with all procedures, rules, promotions and games strategies
- Suggests measures to improve the overall client experience
- Assist with the investigation of fraud or suspicion of fraud from the players and/or employees
- Prepare and send daily and/or periodical reports regarding employees’ performance and games functionality
- Report and log incidents and mistakes observed during the shift
- Monitor studios remotely to ensure that all the company’s procedures and standards are respected by the employees
- Escalate all incidents that cannot be resolved at 1st line to the appropriate 2nd line or 3rd line support functions via internal systems as required
- Ensure compliance with legislative measures and working procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Flexibility to work across shifts in a 24/7 work environment
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Prior experience in the online gaming industry would be an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where time is of the essence
- Demonstrated sound decision-making ability, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable with technology and have basic computer skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy and discretion in handling sensitive information
