We specialize in authentic Neapolitan Wood-Fired pizza, New York style pies, and personalized Italian Panino. JOIN THE TIP FAMILY Your work day would include: - Prepping and stocking your own station / Mise en Place - Coordinating the preparation of pizza dough and ensuring proper proofing temperatures to have dough ready in time for busy lunch/dinner services. - Preparing personal sized 11" inch and family style 18" inch pizzas by hand to order with love and finesse at a high standard. - Splitting wood, and maintaining a proper fire in the wood-oven to keep a cooking temperature of 900 degrees. - Keeping your work station clean, and organized. Proper grooming and presentation is a must as the pizza station is located within the restaurant's dining room - Anticipating and prepping up your station for the following work day, without over stocking. - Communicating with TIP staff about needed inventory, and items required for your station. - Proper storage, cleaning, and sanitization of your station at the end of the day.
