**Job Overview**

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and bartenders.
- Ensure that all food handling procedures comply with health regulations and safety standards.
- Assist in menu planning and development to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain accurate records of food service operations.
- Train new employees on food preparation techniques, customer service standards, and POS systems.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and presentation.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to promote professional growth within the team.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations.
- Experience with POS systems for order processing is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Leadership skills with the capability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Experience in cooking or bartending is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $19.05-$30.00 per hour
