**What we need**:

- Group Fitness Instructors will have previous teaching experience in any or all of the following genres: Bootcamp based classes, Kickboxing, ZUMBA, TRX, Sculpt, YOGA, Pilates, Cycle, POUND, and HIIT classes.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Deliver motivational instruction during the member Class-ic Group Fitness experience
- Help members achieve their goals on their fitness journey
- Respond with care to any member issues concerning group fitness classes
- Assist with accurately tracking class attendance numbers
- Attend the quarterly staff meeting for onsite training and new quarter class roll out
- Be involved with the instructor portal and social media for any updates and brand promotions

**Who you are**:

- Outgoing and highly energetic, delivering exceptional and memorable classes
- Positive, can-do attitude and passion for enriching the lives of others
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Exemplary customer service orientation

**Your skills, education, and experience**:

- Maintain valid CPR/AED Certification
- Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification: AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred
- Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels (any or all the following genres: Bootcamp based classes, Kickboxing, ZUMBA, TRX, Sculpt, YOGA, Pilates, Cycle, POUND, and HIIT classes)
