**Position Overview**:
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Print Advertising Sales Representative to join our team and grow our Home & Garden advertising category in the Hamilton, Burlington and Oakville markets. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with businesses and brands in the home décor, renovation, landscaping, interior design, and related sectors. You will sell print advertising solutions that help clients build visibility, trust, and ROI in a premium printed and digital environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target prospective advertisers in the home and garden space
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Prospect, maintain and grow a portfolio of clients
- Develop custom advertising solutions tailored to client goals
- Collaborate with the editorial and design teams to ensure campaign alignment and success

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in media sales, ideally in print or lifestyle publishing
- Strong understanding of the home & garden market and trends
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
