**SUMMARY OF THE ROLE**

Mammoet is looking for task oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Kitimat, BC region. Our position offer the opportunity to develop industry specific skills and grow your career. We are providing work in a fast-paced environment as a part of a coordination team that is important to the organization’s success and growth.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
**Responsibilities will vary dependent on the department but may include**:

- Analyse and reconcile SAP entries to ensure accuracy
- Create reports when necessary
- Act as a liaison between operations and payroll
- Review and enter daily timesheets
- Create inter-company invoices
- Purchase order processing
- Create and maintain the filing system

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
**Education & Experience**
- High School Diploma
- Minimum one (2) year office experience, previous site or industry experience is an asset
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel is an asset
- SAP experience is an asset
- Problem solver
- Ability to work under pressure
- Professional and independent worker
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective time management skills
- Multi task orientated
- Client service focused
