**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service
- Train, mentor, and support staff to uphold high service standards
- Maintain product knowledge and ensure consistency in drink and food presentation
- Assist with table service and bar operations during peak hours, staff shortages, or emergencies.
- Take assigned tables and work a section from September through April.
- Enforce dress code, workplace policies, and service protocols
- Handle opening and closing procedures
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen and dining areas.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction through effective problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with management to develop promotions, and special events that enhance guest experiences.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in food & beverage supervision or hospitality management
- Demonstrated ability in team management, including training and mentoring staff members.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of POS systems (Jonas experience is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
- A commitment to exceptional guest service
- Familiarity with food and beverage preparation techniques is a plus.
- Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
