Owner Operator - Rate Per Mile

P/U (Pick-Up)

First P/U included in mileage rate over 50 miles from last delivery.

If within 50 miles, $24.65 P/U fee is added.

Subsequent P/U are $30.20

Load / Unload

Included in Mileage Rate

Waiting Time

After hour two of verified waiting, $30.20 / per hour

Hourly Rate (City Work)

Local pick-ups = $40 / per hour from time requested by dispatch

Layovers

$169.60 / per layover

Mileage

Average miles per week = 2500 to 2750 (average miles not guaranteed)

**Owner Operator Requirements**

**Driver**:

- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid AZ License
- Passport
- Birth Certificate
- Current Driver’s Abstract (within the last 30 days)
- CVOR Abstract (within last 30 days)
- Criminal Record Check (current)
- Resume / Application Form
- Contact name and number for all previous employers (last 10 years)
- Signed release, and contact name, phone number for drug/alcohol test results
- FAST card (if applicable)
- Proof of valid out of province insurance

**Tractor**:

- Truck must be less than 5 years old, upon hire
- Bill of Sale, indicating value of equipment
- Valid emission test/certificate
- Valid vehicle safety, with report
- Ownership documents
- If financed, letter from financial institution authorizing

KONINK LOGISTICS INC. to license and insure equipment 48,000km inspection completed by KONINK LOGISTICS INC. garage
- Valid Disability / WSIB coverage
- Owner / Operator must provide financial statements for last three years
- Fifth wheel height must be me (Approximately 47’)
- Must provide all service records for vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,000.00-$1,800.00 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kingston, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
