We’re hiring a Customer Success Advisor to join our Operations team under the guidance of the Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Answers inquiries and handles customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner;
- Investigates and troubleshoots customer service issues;
- Amicably manages irate customers who have product issues or requests;
- Processes orders and resolves payment, refund and billing issues;
- Dispatches sales-related documents (i.e. proposals, contracts, leads and follow-up);
- Gathers customer information to open new accounts;
- Enters data in computer systems such as NAV;
- Participates in various outbound campaigns;
- Post-secondary diploma in business administration or in relevant field.
- Must be bilingual (French and English).
- 2 years of relevant telephone customer service experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Must have good listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Has an ability to prepare concise and accurate records/reports.
- Outstanding customer service and financial skills.
- Receptive to the concerns of clients and Team Members.
