**Job Summary**:
The Inventory Controller is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the tile storage aisles within the warehouse. This position requires attention to detail in managing the inventory, ensuring accurate picking, and maintaining stock levels. The Inventory Controller will also be responsible for keeping the aisles neat and safe for movement and operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Restocking: Ensure that all racks and aisles are properly stocked with tiles, replenishing inventory as needed.
- Picking Accuracy: Verify that items picked for orders are correct and meet the store's quality standards.
- Stock Checking: Perform regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies.
- Aisle Maintenance: Keep all aisles organized, free from debris, and ensure tiles are stacked securely.
- Safety: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed in the warehouse, especially in the aisles.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse and sales team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Inventory Management: Update stock levels and report shortages or overstock issues to warehouse management.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Ability to lift heavy items (tiles) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Forklift or side reach licenses, or knowledge of operating such equipment, is an asset.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Working Conditions**:

- Must be able to work in a warehouse setting, with regular lifting and moving of tile products.
- Regularly standing, bending, and operating warehouse equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.25 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
