**Current members of the Employment Services Team who are interested in the Team Lead role are invited to apply.**
The Team Leader is responsible for fulfilling job description responsibilities as a member of the program team while providing specific support to the Program Manager in achieving strategic and service goals. This includes planning activities to fulfill service delivery priorities and needs while supporting a healthy and safe work environment. These responsibilities/activities are planned and carried out under the direction of the Program Manager. The Team Leader also facilitates interprofessional collaboration, and acts as a role model and coach to all team members.
This Expression of Interest is for the Team Lead role within the Employment Services Team and open to all members of the team who fulfill the required attributes.

- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both orally and in writing
