As the Regional Administrative Leader, you are required to implement programs and processes, communicate information and coordinate administrative support services within a designated group of clinics. The RAL will assist with the hiring process for administrative staff within Clinic Operations as well as training and onboarding for new hires or for new initiatives. This role works closely with the regional clinic operations management team and provides support to the Regional Directors and Clinic Directors by assisting in tracking of metrics of the administrative roles.
**Your Day-to-Day**
- Support Provincial Lead and Regional Directors with operational initiatives
- Implement, evaluate, improve, and standardize administrative processes
- Monitor key administrative deliverables such as AR management and Corporate office reporting are being met and implement initiatives to support clinics to achieve targets
- Act as a liaison between clinics and the Corporate office
- Support administrative staff with training and development
- Monitor administrative metrics at the clinic, including WIP, collections, quality, and intake, and follow up with administrative staff at the clinic when issues are identified
- Communicate administrative and customer service changes to administrative staff in the region
- Assist with administrative coverage as needed to ensure adequate coverage and business continuity, including floater roles
- Identify and communicate performance concerns of administrative staff with the RD and CD
- Assist the CD with administrative performance evaluations, if applicable
- Attend regional meetings as required
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by the Administrative Manager
- Deliver orientation and training materials and programs for administrative staff as required
- Staff development and utilization: identify strong administrative staff and develop them for growth opportunities
- Lead LPS conversions when required
- Coordinate new acquisition transition tasks when required
- Host regular meetings for administrative staff
**What You Bring to the Team**:
- Existing Care Coordinator Manager/Senior Administrator, or relevant experience
- Demonstrated leadership in clinic/region/company
- Experience with training and developing others
- Strong presentation skills with basic to intermediate Excel skills and mathematical ability
- Strong, professional verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and demonstrated initiative, and problem-solving ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others
- Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
