If you’re organized, detail-oriented, pocess a Class 5 Drivers License and ready to lead a team, we’d love to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport equipment and personnel as required.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle, reporting any issues promptly.
- During training, perform cleaning tasks to develop a strong understanding of the role.
- Once fully trained, manage daily operations, including picking up team members from designated SkyTrain stations in either a company vehicle or your own.
- Ensure high standards of cleaning and customer satisfaction.
- Complete weekly reports on team performance, vehicle status, and hours worked.
- Provide support and training to team members as needed.
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to company procedures.
- Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
**Experience**
- **Mandatory**:
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a **clean driving abstract**.
- WHMIS certification.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Bondable with no criminal record.
- Customer service experience.
- Reliable transportation to the Coquitlam office (if not using your own vehicle).
- **Assets (Not Mandatory)**:
- Experience in residential or hospitality cleaning (e.g., oven and stove cleaning).
- Experience leading a team.
- Own a personal vehicle.
- **Physical Requirements**:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Pet-friendly (pets may be present at job sites)
**Compensation**:
- Biweekly payroll (**no cash pay**).
- Opportunities for promotions and full-time positions based on performance.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
**Experience**:
- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
