**Job Title**:General Laborer

**Role Definition**:
We are currently seeking general laborers to join the team at our Wheelshop in Hamilton Ontario, performing the loading, unloading, movement and organization of materials as well as operation of machines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Load, unload and move materials in and out of processing equipment.
- Assist and coordinate with other machine operators and other shop floor processes.
- Communicate with fellow employees to ensure quality products are produced.
- Adhere to and promote safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- High-school Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1-2 years experience safely acting as a general labourer.
- A moderate comfort level with an industrial environment.
- Forklift Operator certificate a plus.
- Crane Operator certificate a plus.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding industrial environment.
- Ability to perform physical activities that require full body mobility, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and standing for an extended period.
- Ability to lift 50 lb in a safe manner.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Schedule: Shift work (currently two shift operation - days 7am-3pm and afternoons 3pm to 11pm rotating weekly), overtime and weekends as required.
- $1600 hiring bonus (paid after probationary period)
